How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel an order or an unshipped item, log in to your account, go to the "My Orders" section, and then click the "Cancel" button next to the order in question.

Why hasn't my package been shipped yet?

Typically, your order takes 1-2 business days to be prepared and shipped. We make every effort to meet these deadlines, but slight delays may occasionally occur.

Questions about delivery and returns

What are the delivery times?

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 3 business days via Chronopost Express and within 3 to 6 business days via Mondial Relay to a collection point.

How to make a return?

To request a free return, log in to your My Account area, go to the Orders section, then select the order in question. Then click on Return Request and follow the instructions.

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to complete this process, in accordance with our Return Policy.

Once your request has been validated, you will receive a return slip to print and affix to your package before returning it.

Home delivery via Chronopost costs €5.99.
